How to paddle, teaching the basics
Land warm-ups
Teaching water entry
Review of skills and practice
On-board warm-ups
Yoga flow, guided meditation

Afternoon:
Class planning (wind, tide, current)
Safety planning
Yoga-based classes vs paddle-based classes vs float-based classes – what are your goals?

Using different anchors and ways to anchor
Utilizing currents and free-floating when it’s right for you
